Kristin Matulonis, who has lived and worked in the area for 19 years, will lead this new branch. "Utah is a gem of a place like no other," she states, expressing her deep connection to the community that she now calls her permanent home.

Kristin’s vision for the new branch is to empower agents to fully utilize their real estate licenses in multiple capacities. By focusing on property management, the branch aims to provide agents with a solid framework to generate steady monthly income alongside real estate sales. Engaging with the local community is a key priority for Kristin. She currently serves on the Board of Utah's National Association for Residential Property Managers and holds the position of government affairs chair on the Executive Board of the Utah Rental Housing Association. Additionally, she is involved in the Salt Lake Board of Realtors Governance Committee, working to ensure that property rights legislation and fair policies for tenants and landlords are upheld both locally and nationally.
